They were only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Sumi-E Retsuden Japanese Ink Art campaign. This campaign was a collaboration with famous Japanese Ink artist Okazu. These were only sold at the Pokemon Center and not any other stores. There was a limit of 2 packs per person at the Pokemon Center Sold out within minutes. You can put one card in each soft sleeve to protect the cards in your deck while you play the game. Comes with 64 sleeves, so there are 4 extra sleeves in case you tear any. They are made of soft plastic.
